Picasa 3 has a VERY cool feature:
Creating slide shows using the so called Ken Burns Effect which is a pan-and-scan effect.
Look at this, it’s ALL done using Picasa 3 and NOT USING iMovie by Apple.
Picasa 3 is free of change.
